Meredith Smith is an analyst in the Virginia Beach office of A.V. Powell & Associates. She joined the firm in 2019. Meredith supports the consultants with resident data updates, entry fee amortization, preparation of actuarial and FSO reports, presentations, and client training on AVP’s proprietary software packages.

In her previous position as a high school math teacher she specialized in instruction for Precalculus and Geometry.
