FORCAST is available only as an annually renewable subscription following the completion of a comprehensive actuarial study.

The FORCAST resident database module is available at no cost to any organization.

To install the software run the file named FORCASTdatabase_install.exe and view the sample and view the sample document Resident Demographic Data form and instructions for more information and quick start help. This module is a universal standard for collecting and analyzing retirement community resident demographic data and utilization patterns.
